Consolidation Counseling Township solicitor Charles Fiore said trash disposal is costly for Monroe taxpayers and officials here believe there may be an alternative that could save money.

Credit Card Debt "I can't divulge what our legal strategy is," Fiore said. "The problem seems to be that Wheelabrator can't handle the trash. There was a court case and a determination based on that required towns to dump at the facility, but they can't handle our trash."

Debt Free Solution Wheelabrator is a facility that incinerates municipal waste before the ash is stored in the county landfill. In recent months, the facility has been unable to accommodate all of Monroe's municipal waste. On some days, the raw trash goes directly to the landfill.
